The following report of the Tracy -Mountain House area market conditions is an analysis of the real estate market trends for the month of May, 2015: 124 homes have been sold in the Month of May. As of today, June 4th, 174 homes are actively listed for sale in Tracy, Tracy rural areas and Mountain House combined. The average days on the market for homes sold in May: 23 days.
